Ladd Ojala, Chemetall Technical Sales Manager, was working with a leading manufacturer of heavy off‐road equipment to lower operating costs through reducing polymer consumption. Suspecting a less-than-optimal polymer activation configuration at the site, Ladd contacted UGSI Chemical Feed, Inc. – Cleanwater1 the manufacturer of Polyblend® polymer mixing systems for assistance. Based on consultation with UGSI Chemical Feed, it was agreed that a demonstration Polyblend® unit could be provided so the client could operate and experience the savings firsthand.
