THE PROBLEM
Taif Hospital in Saudi Arabia began receiving complaints regarding commercial kitchen odors around the facility. When leadership looked into the source of the odor, they found that the hospital’s operating capacity has grown. The increased volume of food preparation in the commercial kitchens led to noticeable odors spreading throughout the campus. With patient and staff satisfaction a top priority, the hospital sought a reliable solution that would remove odors at the source—rather than simply masking them—as the air exited the kitchens.
